State of the Art Manufacturing Facilities
Our manufacturing facilities are spread across a sprawling expanse of about 6500 sq. meter housing modern, state of the art manufacturing systems and warehousing facilities.
Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with all essential modern machineries including Numerically Controlled machines, Hydraulic press, Automatic tube bending, latest CO2 and Argon welding equipment, Pneumatic assembly tools etc.
Our state-of-the-art, in-house 10-stage Chemical pretreatment process includes De-rusting, Activation, Phosphating, various Water rinses, and Oven drying followed by Powder coating and Oven baking processes. These processing plants are well maintained with controlled quality parameters and well equipped in-house testing facilities in place, which reciprocates our quality assurance. Thus, automation and stringent quality checks and inspection parameters at every stage of production activity delivers speed, uniformity and conformation to the best manufacturing practices followed in the industry.
