Terms & Conditions

1. Unit Rate

The Basic Unit Prices mentioned in this pricelist are on the basis of EX Works Ambernath in Indian Rupees. All duties, taxes and Transportation Charges shall be extra at actual as applicable at the time of dispatch and shall be paid by the purchaser.

2. GST

GST (SGST & CGST and / or IGST or UTGST) shall be extra to your account @18% at the prevailing rate or as applicable at the time of dispatch, on the above quoted rates.

4. Statutory Levies

In the event of implementation of any new duties & levies by Govt or any change in the Statutory Levies stated above during the tenure of the contract and / or in the forthcoming government notifications and / or in the forthcoming budget, the same shall be applicable to this offer and which is payable by you.

5. Transportation Charges

Transportation Charges from our factory to the final destination shall be extra at actual to your account on which GST will be charged extra as applicable, if any

6. Packing Charges

      1. Packing charges will be extra @5% on the above-quoted prices. Products will be covered with PVC Paper, balloon wrap and corrugated paper

      2. However, Packing charges will be extra, in addition to this, if wooden crate packing or any other specific packing is required by the purchaser”

7. E-way Bill / Road Permit / Entry Permit

Valid & acceptable E-Way Bill / Road Permit / Entry Permit for the state in which delivery is to be effected shall be provided by you in the name of Medimek Industries, B/50-53 Additional MIDC, Anand Nagar, Ambernath – 421 506. Dist: Thane, Maharashtra, otherwise E-Way Bill Tax / Road Tax / Entry Tax if any, shall be extra to your account.

8. Payment

100% advance payment is required with the purchase order (PO). We reserve the unconditional right to reclaim the supplied material if the purchaser/client fails to release the full payment according to the agreed terms.

9. Interest on Delayed Payment

Any amount not paid by the due date, in the absence of any good faith dispute regarding the unpaid portion, will be subject to an interest rate of 1.5% per month.

11. Dispatch / Delivery:

Delivery within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of receipt of your valued confirmed Purchase Order and applicable advance payment along with product colour confirmation whenever applicable, depending upon the quantity of the items or as mutually agreed upon

12. Order Cancellation

  • In case of the Purchase Order is cancelled by the customer before dispatch, the cancellation charges @5% will be applicable.
  • In case of the Purchase Order is cancelled by customer after dispatch, the duties, taxes & freight, etc. shall be recovered from the customer, in addition to cancellation charges @5%.

13. Override clause

This offer supersedes any previous offer, quotations either written or verbal.

14. Warranty

  • Coverage: The items offered are warranted against any manufacturing defects for a period of 13 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of assembly, whichever ends earlier. Any such defects in workmanship and material reported during the warranty period will be rectified or replaced at our cost.
  • Exclusions: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include spares subject to wear and tear or damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or loss of products, spares, or components. Consumables such as castors, mattresses, and upholstery materials are not covered under the warranty.
  • Battery Warranty: The warranty on batteries is void if the products are not installed within 60 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proportional Reduction: The warranty period will be proportionally reduced if the products are not installed within 30 days from the date of delivery. The warranty will be void if the balance payment is not cleared as per the PO terms.
  • Technical Modifications: Medimek reserves the right to make any technical modifications without notice as part of ongoing product development to enhance features or performance.
  • Unauthorized Service: The warranty will be void if any service, including replacement, alteration, or repair work, is performed by personnel other than those authorized or appointed by Medimek.

15. Title

  • The title of the goods will be transferred to the customer upon delivery.
  • Medimek reserves the right to reclaim possession of the delivered goods in case of non-payment.

20. Power Supply

(For Motorized Products): The Client shall provide stabilized 230 V +/- 10%, 50 Hz single phase supply with 5 Amps socket.

21. Storage

It will be the responsibility of the buyer that the items are safely and securely stored in covered non-humid area. We will not be responsible for any damages due to improper storage and negligence on the part of the consignee.

22. Force Majeure

Our offer is governed by a standard Force Majeure Clause. Any delay or failure by Medimek to perform its obligations shall be excused if, and to the extent that, it is caused by an event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Medimek and without its fault or negligence. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, actions by government authorities (whether valid or invalid), fires, floods, windstorms, explosions, riots, natural disasters, wars, sabotage, labor problems (including lockouts, strikes, and slowdowns), inability to obtain power, material, labor, equipment, or transportation, or court injunctions or orders.

23. Validity

This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of this offer.

23. Assembly of Products

We will arrange for assembly of products through our technician after the material is delivered at site specified by you. However, assembly / Installation of Wall mounted Monitor Stand , Medicine cabinet and any type of OT Scrubs supplied by us, will have to be arranged and done by you.
